When Is a Maxi Van Useful?
A Maxi Van can be a practical option when several people need to travel together, particularly when the group also has luggage or other items to carry.
- Airport transfers with luggage
- Family and group travel
- Corporate and business trips
- Wedding and event transport
- Trips where passengers want to travel together
- Journeys involving prams or additional luggage
View the available vehicles on our Our Fleet page and provide your complete requirements when booking.
Maxi Van for Melbourne Airport Transfers
Airport travel often requires more space because passengers may be travelling with multiple suitcases, hand luggage and other belongings.
When arranging a Maxi Taxi to Melbourne Airport, provide your pickup address, flight details, passenger numbers and luggage requirements.
For airport pickups, provide accurate flight information so the journey can be planned around your arrival. Visit our Melbourne Airport Transfer page for more information.
Multiple Pickup Locations
Not every group starts from the same address. You may need to collect family members from different locations, pick up colleagues from an office or arrange transport from a hotel before continuing to your destination.
If your journey involves additional pickup or drop-off locations, provide all addresses in the correct order when booking. Also let us know if you need to arrive at a particular time for a flight, meeting, ceremony or event.
Maxi Van for Business Groups
A Maxi Van can be useful when colleagues, clients or visiting business groups need to travel together.
Common journeys include hotel-to-office transfers, airport-to-meeting transfers and transport to conferences or business events. Provide the number of passengers, luggage requirements and required arrival time when booking.
For business-specific transport requirements, visit our Corporate Transfer Melbourne page.
Family, Wedding and Event Travel
Maxi Vans can also be useful for family gatherings, weddings, celebrations and other events where several passengers need transport between the same locations.
For wedding-specific transport, visit our Wedding Transfer Melbourne service.
If young children are travelling, mention the child-seat requirement and provide each child’s age when booking. You can find more information on our Baby Seat Taxi Melbourne page.
