Big thanks to Param and his team for organising a smooth and seamless pick up and drop off for our travels. Param’s driver Nick was early to pick us up, and waited patiently for us. Ahmed picked us up and was waiting for us upon arrival, which eased a lot of our anxiety and stress. We are return customers and continue to recommend Param’s service to family and friends.
I have used Param for my latest travel what I got is more than expected beautiful clean car, on time, reasonable pricing the whole experience is 10 out of 10 and yes I will be using Pram service again and will recommend his business. Thank you Param.
Silver Taxi Melbourne were great to deal with and the whole booking process was seamless. Param was communicative and punctual with pickups and drop offs. The service was excellent overall and would happily use their services again.
The team at Northern Cabs were wonderful to work with – they were responsive, on time, and offered a fair price for their services. They made my travels around Melbourne much easier and enjoyable. Brian from U.S.
I needed a car seat to get to the airport with my 18 month old, booked with Param. He went above and beyond, playing songs for my child to keep her entertained on the trip to the airport, and meeting me at a different spot at the airport when I got confused about the pick-up location. Highly recommend Param
Early arrival and excellent communication and customer service, excellent proficient professional knowledge of airport terminals and traffic conditions. Will be using again and recommend highly.
Very organised and on time. Drivers were helpful and polite and the two infant car seats we needed were clean and easy to use. Would recommend.
Excellent service, highly recommend. Easy to arrange a booking, cars are in excellent condition and drivers provide a very professional service.
Good quality service, great for kids and those early morning flights, always been on time be good communication.
Great service to and from the airport. Excellent communication via text. Highly recommended this service.
Param was extremely efficient, professional and helpful in booking a car for my family, including a car seat for our 20 month old. We booked late at night and the car was 5mins early the following morning. Our driver was so lovely and his car was immaculate. Would highly recommend Param and his drivers.
Absolutely fantastic service. The driver picked my mum up from the airport and went above and beyond to look after her. He was incredibly kind, patient and made her feel completely at ease after a long journey.
What really stood out was how he gave her a friendly tour n the drive to our place, pointing things out and chatting along the way, it made the trip feel welcoming rather than just a transfer.
Knowing she was in such good hands gave us total peace of mind. Highly recommend this taxi service and would 100% use them again.
Silver Taxi is a group of professionals who meet the expectations of even the most demanding client. With them, each client is treated individually and their services are tailor-made. Their drivers are perfect, always punctual, polite, with high personal culture, friendly, they take care of every detail to meet the client’s expectations, anticipating his needs. Pram, the person responsible for the reservations is a real treasure for the company. Contact with him is a real pleasure, I could contact him by any possible means at any time even despite the time zone differences. I am very impressed with their services, which exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a luxury service that you can always rely on, I definitely recommend Silver Taxi. They are the best! I checked ✔️!
Booked a car (including a return trip) with Silver Taxi to take x 2 relatives to Hamer Hall and back, today.
The booking officer was very polite and prompt. Param, was excellent at communicating with me, every step of the way. I was notified of when my relatives were picked-up and delivered. I was also, notified of the registration number of both, vehicles. He was polite, friendly, professional.
The drivers were prompt, well presented and well mannered.
The only thing I would offer up for consideration, is that the air freshener being used in the car (especially the second car), was rather strong/overpowering. This, can be difficult, for people with sensitivities.
I have used Silver Taxi Melbourne, previously and I’m pleased to share that they did not, disappoint me today, either. Great job, Silver taxi Melbourne
